My name is Karolina Adam and I am a notary. I graduated in law from the University of Gdańsk. For me, practising this profession is not just a duty, but above all a passion that I nurture every day. I am entitled to remuneration, known as a notarial fee, for carrying out notarial acts. This fee may not exceed the maximum rates set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 28 June 2004 on the maximum rates of notarial fees. Depending on the type of deed, there may also be tax liabilities or court fees, such as tax on civil-law transactions, inheritance and gift tax, or court fees. All fees due are itemised in the document drawn up, together with the relevant legal basis. For detailed information on the costs of the planned transaction at my practice, please do not hesitate to contact me by telephone or email. The amount of the fees depends on the type of transaction and the value of the subject matter.

Before I begin drafting the deed, please also provide the required documents, which I will check for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. In each case, I assess whether the documentation provided allows for the planned notarial procedure to be carried out.
